The Board generally meets the first Tuesday of each month at a board member’s home at 7:30 PM. Dates may change due to a holiday or Election Day. Meeting announcements are also mailed to residents each month. Your attendance at these meetings is strongly encouraged and appreciated.
Board members are volunteer residents who are voted in by you, the association residents at the Annual Meeting which is held in August of each year. The role of the Board is to manage the routine affairs of the association, maintain common property, enforce governing documents, and ultimately to protect and increase property value.
