<p>Join us at the HOA’s basketball/pickleball court to learn to play pickleball, decorate pumpkins, and to socialize with your neighbors. We will provide the equipment, pumpkins (limited amounts), and non-alcoholic drinks. Please bring your game face and an appetizer to share!</p>
<h2>What is Pickleball?</h2>
<ul>
<li>A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is a paddlesport game created for all age and skill levels.</li>
<li>Played with a paddle and plastic ball on both indoors and outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.</li>
<li>The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn. It can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.</li>

<p><b>A COMMUNITY-WIDE STREET MILLING AND PAVING PROJECT IS SCHEDULED </b><b>FROM </b><strong>7 AM, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th TO 7 PM, WED, SEPTEMBER 25th </strong></p>
<p><b> </b></p>
<p><b>All community roads will be CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES beginning at </b><b>7:00 am</b><b> on </b><b>Tuesday, Sep 24</b><b> until re-opening at </b><b>7:00 pm on Wednesday, Sep 25</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Espina Paving Inc. will be milling and re-paving all three streets in the community </span><b>Pieris Court, Gallows Tree Court, and Gallows Tree Lane</b></p>
<p><b>Please note that Merry Oaks Lane is not a part of this project.</b></p>
<p><b>In Order Not to be Towed, You Should Park your Vehicles on Merry Oaks Lane.</b></p>
<p><b>Before Work Begins:</b></p>
<ul>
<li style="list-style-type: none;">
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><b>Please move your vehicle(s)</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to a legal parking space outside of the community the night prior to work beginning.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><b>Store your car in your garage if you do not plan to use your car during the two days.</b></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><b>If you do plan to use your car during the work, </b><b>Leave the community early on the day</b><b> work is scheduled</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">.  Work will start at 7:00 am and the roads will close at that time.  </span><b>Once roads are closed no vehicles may travel in or out of the community – NO EXCEPTIONS</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></li>

<li>Any vehicles left parked on the roadways will be towed at the owner’s expense.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>To avoid dust and other construction hazards we recommend that vehicle(s) not be left on your concrete driveway.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>After work Begins:</b></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><b>Do not re-enter</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> the closed roads in the community until all barricades have been removed by an Espina representative. The roadways shall re-open by 7:00 pm the following day on Sep 25.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Access to homes will always be possible by using the sidewalks while the roads are closed.  </span></li>
</ul>
