					<description><![CDATA[I have been unable to attend board meetings this year because of conflicts with my evening work schedule. What is the status of this proposal? How do Tysons Station HOA and the neighboring HOAs plan to oppose it? When are the public hearings and who plans to represent the HOAs? What is the zoning status of the property? A 24-hr emergency center does not appear consistent with light commercial zoning or the bank exception that was granted and likely expired. The county appeared all too eager to thoughtlessly support any and all development and rezoning requests when I spoke to them so I recommend active engagement. Needless to say, 24/7/365 ambulance and emergency services cannot positively affect our property values for resale or rental or our quality of life with such noise/light pollution and increased traffic volume at all hours.]]></description>
