Starting with the positives, the atmosphere and fit out of the restaurant is obviously lovely, the service was friendly enough and the fries we ordered were fairly decent ( but very small).

Again even though it was suppose to be soft, our conclusion was the pasta was just clearly OLD. However I have ordered from here twice in the past few weeks on uber eats, both times the food was reasonable, however the portion size I received is far less than what I’ve been served when dining at the...restaurant. Set on Italian food we were disappointed to discover Criniti’s had shut down and were hesitant about trying Casa Cibo as the last two times we had previously dined there the food had been utterly foul.
It was also a restaurant where chips/fries had to be ordered separately.
Apart from the final delivery of the missing napkins, we were never approached again, once the meals arrived; cracked pepper or some grated Parmesan on our pasta / gnocchi would have been welcomed. The kids loved their kids pizza and pasta - and the deserts were to die for. Although I have left some undesirable reviews, I must say this will not be one of them. I’m not sure why this continues to happen with delivery orders. We had to remind a passing attendant to please bring the drinks we had ordered, some time ago. Considering the price of the food here as well as the increased price of each item on Uber eats this is unreasonable. What’s our purpose at Pasta Cibo?

had very little meat and was incredibly bland and the chicken parmigiana was not much better. The bolognaise was also cold, however the gnocchi was hot with plenty of chilli and reportedly quite tasty. ALL desserts are gf, including the Tiramisu. Get quick answers from Casa Cibo Italian staff and past visitors. Hope to see you again soon.
waitstaff available to check to see if we needed any thing else, had to walk to the servery to ask for Parmesan, no salt or pepper on the table, no knife,or spoon either! American visitors would wonder what they had encountered. We told the staff and, to be fair, they didn’t charge us for the cheesy garlic pizza that we had for an entree (again, passable but not brilliant).

The pizza base has a distinctively strong yeast taste ( we have found that consistently every time ) and have had friends mention the same thing.
