Between us, we have over 40 years experience in not just surviving, but thriving, with chronic pain. It's led by myself, Christine, the Group Organizer and Mark D., the Co-Organizer. CCI's educational programs and support groups strive to fight these struggles by bringing those together who are living with different kinds of illness and have similar interests and concerns. There is also no better source of information on where to find helpful clinicians and clinics. Instead, our focus is on practical things we can do right here and now to improve the quality of our day-to-day lives.

CCI's health education events provide community-based programs focused on different health related topics.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Support Group. We aspire to provide each other with emotional and social support in coping with an illness that can make us feel isolated.

Our primary focus is on sharing with each other our experiences in finding ways to live better more fulfilling lives in spite of the limitations imposed on us by chronic illness.

Instead of having one central location, our programs are based out in community spaces to encourage relationship building within smaller communities as well. A support community for chronic fatigue syndrome or myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS). Many with chronic illness also experience depression and anxiety, as well as complications from other pre-existing health and mental health challenges.

Our programs include, but are not limited to: symptom coping, exercise, nutrition and complimentary and alternative medicine, and meditation and mindfulness. An online and in-person support group for folks living in and around Seattle, Washington, USA, (including family caregivers and significant others) who are disabled and isolated by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and other poorly understood disabling illnesses such as fibromyalgia, orthostatic intolerance, multiple chemical sensitivity, chronic lyme etc. This content is available only to members, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, and Chronic Fatigue. CCI recognizes that many emotions come up as a normal reaction to being diagnosed with and living with a chronic illness AND that sometimes people need support for these reactions.
