ROAD CLOSURE

A COMMUNITY-WIDE STREET MILLING AND PAVING PROJECT IS SCHEDULED FROM 7 AM, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th TO 7 PM, WED, SEPTEMBER 25th 

All community roads will be CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES beginning at 7:00 am on Tuesday, Sep 24 until re-opening at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, Sep 25

Espina Paving Inc. will be milling and re-paving all three streets in the community Pieris Court, Gallows Tree Court, and Gallows Tree Lane

Please note that Merry Oaks Lane is not a part of this project.

In Order Not to be Towed, You Should Park your Vehicles on Merry Oaks Lane.

Before Work Begins:

• • Please move your vehicle(s) to a legal parking space outside of the community the night prior to work beginning.
  • Store your car in your garage if you do not plan to use your car during the two days.
  • If you do plan to use your car during the work, Leave the community early on the day work is scheduled.  Work will start at 7:00 am and the roads will close at that time.  Once roads are closed no vehicles may travel in or out of the community – NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Any vehicles left parked on the roadways will be towed at the owner’s expense.

• To avoid dust and other construction hazards we recommend that vehicle(s) not be left on your concrete driveway.

After work Begins:

• Do not re-enter the closed roads in the community until all barricades have been removed by an Espina representative. The roadways shall re-open by 7:00 pm the following day on Sep 25.
• Access to homes will always be possible by using the sidewalks while the roads are closed.  

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON ROADWAYS UNTIL THE BARRICADES HAVE BEEN REMOVED!!
