It's definitely in the same league as Capital Grill and Morton's for quality of their steaks. This was possiably the best dining experiance we have ever had!
Prime beef, a comfortable atmosphere and an extensive, user-friendly wine list are the signatures of this upscale steakhouse. We'll be back.
Experience worth the price – Upon ariving at fleming's, the friendly hostess greeted us and we were promptly shown to our table, which was located next to the window.
Lots of first-rate wine selections, but the pour we saw was barely 4 ounces (if that) and the house claimed they were 6 ounces, which just wasn't so. #1 In My Book – I took my wife, parents, mother in law & 11 of my employees and spouses there for a holiday dinner.
Excellent – The food and service were great. The meal was so average I decided to skip dessert but did have a double shot espresso. . All rights reserved. This was our first visit to Flemings and we will definitely be back with our friends.
he said his salmon was good, but i wouldn't know. The wine list, certainly pricey, offer a great variety of whites and reds, and our waiter was quite helpful in choosing a bottle. the best – Recently on my first trip to Boston, I was with a group that has our reunion at Flemings. Also, to the author of the previous comment that couldnt get their steaks well done... Thats because anyone that knows anything about steak knows that cooking it well done removes all the flavor. Nothing special here.

FRANCHISE IS THE KEY WORD HERE, NO MAKE THAT TOURIST. And finally, dessert. The meal included no side dishes, which was apparently a ploy to simply mark up the price. – We arrived with plenty of time to spare before the curtain rose at the theatre which was just a block away. Service, food and ambiance all top shelf! Our server (named patrick or something equally Bostonian) was excellent; knowledgable and witty, the atmosphere was soothing and inviting, and they have an unbelievable wine by the glass list. On the food side, the steak was one of the best I've had in boston. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this matter, you are welcome to contact our customer support team. The food- everything was outstanding, served hot and the filet mignon and prime rib was cooked precisely as ordered. The scampi sauce was too salty. This exposed our first food criticism of the night: my chocolate mousse cake was still frozen inside. After our meals were served, too much time passed before she asked if our beef was cooked properly. The services was outstanding. They are alacarte and the broccoli I ordered were actually 2 very large heads of broccoli.
This is nice – I've been to Flemming's twice and both times were just awesome. My Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection and was so tender it practically melted on the fork.
Manager told me he couldn't help me, but he would get me some club soda. The price is really the driving factor, the quality of meat is right on par with every high-end steakhouse in the city, yet the prices are everyday affordable. Our sides of scalloped potatoes with cheddar cheese and sauteed mushrooms completed a superb meal. They have a great wine list too! Excellent service! When we told him the third time we were not going to a show he told us he had tables that were going to a show and left us waiting for a half hour. yum – as a vegetarian i was hesitant to go to a steak house, but my date insisted we check it out. Enjoy with caution. I cannot wait to return to Boston so that I can return to Fleming's. Read 50 reviews, view ratings, photos and more. We were seated promptly, and the service was great! It is great all around and we could tell that there had been great attention to detail with food, scene, drinks, etc. No where does it look good to serve something half full. it was cooked excellent.
Don't expect the quality that you will find at Davios or Grill 23, but the food is pretty darn good and the ambiance is quite nice too. The steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the tuna was perfectly prepared and served with an excellent sauce. beautiful and romantic – My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary. When dining out the meal should be better then what I could prepare at home, this was not. The wine list was also a pleasant surprise, extensive and reasonable. I went on a double date with my best friend and her boyfriend, and my boyfriend. CLOSED: -- Brit Bakery, Cambridge, MA -- Cinquecento, Boston (South End), MA -- Craigie Burger, Boston (Fenway), MA -- Les Zygomates, Boston (Leather District), MA -- Love Art Udon, Brookline (Boston University), MA -- The Squealing Pig, West Roxbury, MA -- White's Bakery and Cafe, Wellesley, MA, OPEN: The steaks were absolutely mouthwatering and the chocolate lava cake was the grande finale to an absolutely great dining experience. The chef was probably trying not to ruin the excellent cut of meat. Overall, this may have been the best steak I have eaten (and, although I concider myself adept at grilling, far better than I could ever cook myself). simple, to the point, delicious – Dining out last night with a large group of people can tend to get tricky when thinking of wine...Flemings ample list of wines by the glass can really be the way to go when dining in large numbers. Drinks are expensive - bill should run about $50 a head. Each bite literaly melted in my mouth, as if it were a tenderized filet. My steak was unseasoned and the pepper sauce that I ordered with it added little to the flavor. PLEASE BE AWARE: As of last week Flemings Steakhouse in Beverly Hills is now permanently closed for business. Directions. We got to our table and our server (Danielle) helped us choose a great bottle of wine (from the amazing wine list). The only problem I have is with the GIANT size of the side dishes. I liked the fact the waiter checked. Whats the big deal – Terrible! Excellent cocktails, wines and steaks were amazing.
The food and service were good. Then we were given a complimentary desert on the house and a box of chocolates on our way out!!!! Terrible Managers – Went for my first anniversary...Sat down wine spilled all over my pants, shirt, and tie. The only downside of the evening was the desert, creme brulee, which had a texture lacking the appropriate creaminess. The place was packed the night we were there so it was loud. The steak was top notch and the server was very attentive. Incredible cooked to perfection. Yelp reviews after the filming are mixed. The weekend before, we tried to make reservations at 6 other Boston steakhouses (Grill 23, Abe and Louie's, etc. For 44 dollars it should have been mouth watering, it wasn't! – Excellent atmosphere for a very tasty dinner.. At these prices, I expect great food and great service. great steaks – Steaks are great, huge wine list with something for everyone. FLEMINGS STEAKHOUSE IS NOW CLOSED PERMANENTLY!!! The food has always been amazing, no complaints at all. The main meal a 16 oz on the bone steak. – Top Quality, 3rd time there and always good. The dim lit dining room made reading the menu somewhat challenging, yet the ambiance was certainly first class. I confirmed the order of rare. -- 4th & Cherry, Weymouth Landing, MA
Dont be dazzled by the decor as it is upscale chain-like...which flemings is...service, a few kinks, a couple language barriers, yet still not bad. they were both incredibly rich and delectable. thanks flemings for the great experience!!!!!!!!!
