Take the direct pagoda beach ferry, 30 to 45 minutes and 10 min beach walk to hotel. Two hours late on departure' advised 1 hr 15min to get to pagoda beach.

I will...certainly return.More, Dear tomg407, Direct speed boat very convenient but can be hard to find. We saw several beaches in Koh Rong, but the part of Pagoda beach in front of this hotel was by far the best we encountered.
